Agency Plan Terms
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These terms supplement the Stamperly Terms of Service and apply when you subscribe to the Agency plan. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, these Agency Plan Terms apply to your Agency subscription.
1. Who the Agency Plan Is For
The Agency plan is for agencies, consultants and resellers who set up and run Stamperly loyalty cards on behalf of other businesses ("client businesses"). You are the Stamperly account holder and our customer. Your client businesses are not party to this agreement unless a card is transferred to their own account (section 7).
2. What's Included
- USD 79 per month, including 10 active cards.
- USD 7 per month for each additional active card.
- Every card includes unlimited customers, unlimited staff seats, up to 5 notification zones, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, analytics, broadcasts and customer export.
- You can create as many cards as you need. Cards with 20 or fewer customers are demo and pilot cards and are free.
3. Active Cards and How We Count Them
An active card is a card with more than 20 customers on your invoice date. Your first 10 active cards are included in the base price; each active card beyond that is billed at USD 7 for that billing period. Cards transferred away before the invoice date are not counted.
4. Billing and Payment
- Billed in USD through Stripe by credit or debit card. You receive an invoice for every charge and can download invoices from your Billing page.
- Monthly billing by default. Annual billing in advance is available on request and is invoiced manually; the additional-card fee for an annual subscription is reconciled on each monthly invoice date and billed quarterly.
- Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Price Stability
Your Agency price (base fee and per-card fee) is fixed for 12 months from the start of your Agency subscription. After that period we may change prices with at least 30 days' written notice to your account email. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
The 12-month lock is a minimum, not a schedule. We don't plan to raise Agency prices when it ends, and we only change them when circumstances outside our control make it necessary, such as a sustained increase in the costs of running the service. We'll always explain the reason in the notice.
6. Data Ownership
- Customer data collected through a card belongs to the client business whose customers it describes. You hold and manage that data on the client's behalf. Card designs and content you create are yours.
- Stamperly processes this data only to provide the service. We don't sell it or use it to market to your clients' customers.
- You can export any card's customer list as CSV at any time.
- You are responsible for having each client business's permission to run a loyalty program for them and for complying with the privacy laws that apply where the client operates, including telling customers how their data is used.
7. Transferring a Card to a Client
If a client wants to run their card themselves, or leaves your agency, we will transfer the card to the client's own Stamperly account on your written request from your account email. The transfer moves the card with all its customers, stamps, rewards and issued wallet passes intact. Nothing is reissued and customers notice no change. After the transfer the client chooses their own plan, and the card no longer counts toward your active cards from the next invoice. Transfers are free. We can also transfer a card from a client's account into yours with the client's written consent.
8. Giving Clients Access
You can add a client as a card admin on their card. A card admin can manage the card, customers, staff and locations but can't see your billing or other clients' cards, and can't delete the card.
9. Changing Plans
Moving between the Agency plan and the self-serve plans is done on request and takes effect at your next invoice date unless we agree otherwise. Cards, customers, stamps and wallet passes are never deleted when you change plans. If you move to a plan with a lower card limit, existing cards keep working and customers keep collecting stamps; you can't create new cards beyond the new limit, and features not included in the new plan are paused.
10. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your Agency features stay active until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to the Free plan limits with all cards and data intact. We recommend transferring client cards to their own accounts before the period ends if they want to keep paid features.
11. Support
Agency subscribers get priority support by email and WhatsApp during Jakarta business hours (UTC+7). See the Contact page for details.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Agency Plan Terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the Agency plan after that date means you accept the updated terms.
