When someone opens your link, we remember it on that browser for 60 days. If they sign up in that time, the business is yours. If they open another partner's link later, the latest link counts. Businesses can also type your code when they sign up, on the website or in the app. It's the surest way to get credit.

Yes, if you claim it within 30 days of their signup. Send a claim with proof from your partner portal. If we approve it, their payments since signup count too.

Only new businesses: Stamperly accounts created after the partner program launched, through your link, your code or an approved claim. Accounts that already existed, and your own business, don't count. Once a business starts paying, every payment in the next 24 months counts, and an annual payment counts in full. Cancelling and coming back doesn't restart the 24 months.

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, in case of a refund. After that it becomes available to withdraw. If a payment is refunded, its commission is reversed.

Yes, Rp250,000 (about US$14). A balance below that stays in your account and keeps growing until it reaches the minimum. Everything is counted in rupiah.

Request a withdrawal from your portal. In Indonesia we pay by bank transfer. Outside Indonesia we pay through Wise: we send the rupiah amount and Wise converts it, so Wise's conversion and fees reduce what you receive. We pay by hand, normally within a month of your request, and email you when the money is sent.

Commissions are always in rupiah. A payment in another currency is converted at the exchange rate on the day the commission is created (normally the day after the payment), and that amount never changes afterwards.

No. Businesses on the Agency plan don't earn commission.

Their business name, their status and the commissions they've earned you. You won't see their customers' details.

You keep earning from businesses already referred to you, and you can still withdraw. Your link and code stop counting for new signups, and you can't send new claims.
