Partner Program Terms
Last updated: November 2026
These terms apply to the Stamperly partner program (the "Program") and to you as an approved partner. They supplement the Stamperly Terms of Service. You accept them when you apply, or when you first sign in if we invited you. The plain summary on the Partner Program page is for convenience; if it differs from these terms, these terms apply.
1. Joining the Program
- The Program is free to join. Joining is by application, and we approve every partner by hand.
- We may approve or decline an application at our discretion. Partners can be based in any country.
- There is no minimum number of referrals. You must give accurate information in your application and keep your contact and payout details up to date.
2. Referrals and Attribution
- Referral link. When someone opens your referral link, it is remembered in that browser for 60 days. If a new Stamperly account is created from that browser within the 60 days, the business is attributed to you. If the same person later opens another partner's link, the most recent link counts.
- Referral code. A business can enter your code when it signs up, on the web or in the mobile app.
- A business is attributed to one partner only, at signup, and stays attributed to that partner unless we correct it under this section.
- Only businesses that create a new Stamperly account on or after the Program's launch date can be attributed. Accounts that existed before the business used your link or code are never attributed, and you can't refer yourself or your own Stamperly account.
- Claims. If a business you introduced signed up without your link or code, you can submit a claim with proof from your partner portal within 30 days of the business's signup. We decide claims at our discretion. If we approve a claim, the business is attributed to you and its payments since signup earn commission. If a claimed business is already attributed to another partner, the existing attribution stays unless we decide otherwise.
- We may reassign or remove an attribution that we find was made in error or in breach of these terms, and we record the reason. A commission belongs to the partner the business was attributed to when the payment was made; a reassignment does not move commissions already created.
3. Commission
- You earn 20% of each eligible payment, unless we have agreed a different rate with you in writing. A changed rate applies only to payments made after the change and never recalculates commissions already created.
- A commission is calculated on the amount the business actually paid for its Stamperly subscription, excluding any taxes. Payment processing fees are not deducted.
- Payments earn commission for 24 calendar months from the business's first successful payment. A free account earns nothing until it pays. Cancelling and reactivating never restarts or extends the 24 months. A payment made inside the 24 months earns commission in full, even if the period it pays for extends past them.
- Each payment earns one commission, whatever period it covers. An annual payment earns one commission on the annual amount, not twelve monthly ones.
- Businesses on the Agency plan do not earn commission.
- Commissions are calculated and paid in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). A payment in another currency is converted to IDR at the European Central Bank reference rate in effect when the commission is created (normally the day after the payment), and the converted amount is fixed from then on.
- Commissions appear in your partner portal up to one day after the payment.
4. Holding Period, Refunds and Adjustments
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment and cannot be withdrawn before then. After the holding period it becomes available for withdrawal.
- If a payment is refunded, charged back, or found to be invalid, we reverse or adjust its commission and record the reason. If that commission was already paid to you, the reversal is shown as a negative adjustment and deducted from your next withdrawal.
- We never reduce commissions you have legitimately earned except as described in these terms.
5. Withdrawals and Payment
- You can request a withdrawal once your available balance, after any negative adjustments, is at least Rp250,000. A withdrawal covers your whole available balance, and you can have one open request at a time. Smaller balances carry over.
- We process withdrawals by hand, normally within a month of your request. A withdrawal is paid only when we have made the transfer and recorded its reference; we email you when that happens.
- In Indonesia we pay by bank transfer to the account you give us. Outside Indonesia we pay through Wise. We send the IDR amount of your withdrawal; Wise converts it to your currency, and Wise's conversion rate and fees reduce the amount you receive. Those costs are yours.
- You are responsible for giving us correct payout details. We are not responsible for a payment lost because the details you gave were wrong.
- We may hold a withdrawal while we review suspicious activity, or reject it with a note; a rejected withdrawal returns its commissions to your available balance.
- You are responsible for any taxes on the commissions you receive. If the law requires us to withhold tax, we will deduct it and tell you.
6. How You May Promote Stamperly
Promote Stamperly honestly and in line with the laws that apply to you. You must not:
- refer yourself, or businesses you own or control, in order to earn commission;
- create fake signups, or pay or reward people to sign up without a genuine interest in Stamperly;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, DMs or emails (spam);
- make misleading claims about Stamperly, its prices or its features, or present yourself as Stamperly or its employee;
- offer discounts, deals or terms that Stamperly has not approved;
- bid on "Stamperly" or similar brand keywords in search ads without our written approval;
- place your code or link where people already looking for Stamperly will find it, such as coupon sites;
- manipulate attribution, for example by forcing cookies, hiding links, or claiming businesses you didn't introduce.
7. Suspension and Termination
- If we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, or we are investigating suspicious activity, we may suspend your partner account, disqualify the affected referrals, and reverse the commissions that came from the breach.
- While suspended, you keep earning commission on payments from businesses already attributed to you, and you can still withdraw your available balance. Your link and code stop attributing new signups, and you can't submit new claims.
- You can leave the Program at any time by emailing us. We may end the Program, or your participation, with at least 30 days' notice by email, or immediately for a serious breach.
- Commissions validly earned before your participation ends remain payable under these terms, unless they result from a breach.
8. Your Partner Portal and Data
Your portal shows the businesses attributed to you by business name and status, with the commissions they earned. You may use this information only to take part in the Program. We handle your personal data, including your payout details, as described in our Privacy Policy, and only use payout details to pay you.
9. Our Relationship
You take part in the Program as an independent party. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent or legal representative of Stamperly, and you can't make commitments on our behalf.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes never reduce commissions you have already earned, and a rate change applies only to future payments. If you continue in the Program after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
